I have learned many different ways to fight boredom. Sometimes when I think I am bored, I am actually just very tired. So I often take a short sleep and this helps me pass the feeling. Another thing I often do is to do some exercise. I find that going for a run can remove feelings of boredom.
When I feel bored about people, I'll force myself to pay attention to what they are saying and try to ask questions. Getting bored is a waste of energy so it is important to fight against it.
