勵(lì)志英文演講-When You Feel Like Quitting 當(dāng)你想要放棄時(shí)

Some of you are in the darkest of darkest valleys. I don't know what you're going through, but I know what you need. Hope. And I want you to know that beautiful things can come from your broken pieces, when you give your broken pieces a chance. 

你們有些人正處在人生低谷。我不知道你正在經(jīng)歷什么，但是我知道你需要什么，希望。我想讓你知道，就算你很崩潰，也會(huì)有美好的事情發(fā)生，只要你愿意給自己一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)。

It is okay to be scared. It is okay to cry. But giving up is not. 

感到害怕不要緊?？奁矝]關(guān)系。但是放棄絕不可以。

I just want you to know that it's not the end. It matters how you're gonna finish. 

我想讓你知道，一切還沒有地結(jié)束。你如何應(yīng)對(duì)，才是最重要的。

I don't care how dark it look for you. I don't care what they said to you. I don't care what the verdict is. I don't care what the haters say. It ain't over. No matter what happens to you, it ain't over. Ain't no such a thing as over. 

無論現(xiàn)在看起來多么絕望，無論人們對(duì)你說了什么，無論別人對(duì)你有什么判斷，無論討厭你的人說了什么，我都不在乎。一切還沒結(jié)束。無論發(fā)生了什么，都還未成定局。結(jié)局還沒有發(fā)生。

Do you know, man, that you can actually mess your life completely up, you can jack it all the way up, and you can turn around and get it right? Do you know that you can be divorced multiple times and still be okay? Do you understand that you can not have a degree and still be just fine? 

你知道嗎？就算你的人生已經(jīng)被你徹底弄糟，你還可以扭轉(zhuǎn)乾坤，逆風(fēng)翻盤。你知道嗎？就算你離婚好幾次，也沒關(guān)系。你明白嗎？就算你沒有學(xué)歷，也沒關(guān)系。

Now whatever you've been through, whatever that is, guess what? You're still here. You have a great life in front of you. But your great life is in front of you, it's not behind you. 

無論你已經(jīng)經(jīng)歷了什么，無論是什么事情，你現(xiàn)在還是好好的。往前看，還有精彩的人生在等著你。但是，精彩的人生，是在你的前面，而不是在你的后面。

Everything you're going through is preparing you for what you ask God for. You just gotta quit tripping while you're in the process. Because the process is necessary. 

你正在經(jīng)歷的所有事情，都是為了讓你做好準(zhǔn)備實(shí)現(xiàn)你對(duì)上天的許諾。如果事情還沒結(jié)束，你必須堅(jiān)持下去，因?yàn)檫@個(gè)過程很必要。

You may not see it now, but when he gets you on the other side of it, you're gonna see exactly why it went that way. And you're gonna be okay with it. 

也許你現(xiàn)在還看不到成功，但它正在另一端等著你，當(dāng)你經(jīng)歷完一切，你就知道為什么事情是這樣發(fā)展的，你就會(huì)覺得這也沒什么。

Pull yourself together and quit tripping, Cause you're in the process. God is processing you. He ain't through with you. If he was through with you, you would not wake up in the morning. 

振作起來，不要倒下，因?yàn)槟氵€在奮斗的過程中，上天正在磨煉你。上天還沒放棄你。如果上天放棄了你，你早上就不會(huì)醒過來了。

When you feel like giving up, don't. When you thinking about giving up, don't. When it look like you ain't gonna make it, keep going. When they tell you you can't, come on man, who are they? When they tell you to put all your stuff back on your desk, don't do that man. Don't do that. When they tell you you're not gonna make it, don't believe 'em man. Don't believe. You've got to be relentless. 

當(dāng)你感覺要放棄的時(shí)候，不要放棄。當(dāng)你有放棄的念頭時(shí)，不要放棄。當(dāng)形勢(shì)不妙，看起來你無法成功時(shí)，你要堅(jiān)持下去。當(dāng)別人說你不行的時(shí)候……拜托，他們算老幾？當(dāng)別人告訴你讓你放棄，不要那樣做，不要那樣做。當(dāng)別人告訴你，說你不會(huì)成功的，你不要相信他們，不要相信。你必須要堅(jiān)持不懈。

The harder the battle, the sweeter the victory. See what you become in the process is more important than the dream. That's far more important. The kind of person you become, the character that you build, the courage that you develop, the faith that you're manifesting.

戰(zhàn)斗越艱辛，勝利就越甜蜜。 你在奮斗過程中的改變比夢(mèng)想本身更重要。 要更重要的多。你成為什么樣的人，建立的性格，發(fā)展的勇氣，以及你所表現(xiàn)出來的信念。

Oh, it's something that you get up in the morning, you look yourself in the mirror, you're a different kind of person, you walk with a different kind of spirit. And people know that you know what life it. That you have embraced life. You knew it was hard, but you did it hard.

哦，那是你早晨起床后所表現(xiàn)出來的東西，你看著鏡子里的自己，你是與眾不同的人，以一種獨(dú)特的精神走自己的路。 人們知道你知道什么生活。 你已經(jīng)擁抱了生活。 你知道這很困難，但是你依然努力奮斗著。
