Coverage
保險責(zé)任:To indemnify the Insured against all sums which the Insured shall become legally liable to pay as damages consequent upon:
i)accidental bodily injury to Third Parties
ii)accidental loss of or damage to the property of Third Parties?
caused by any of the Insured Products thereof which have been sold or supplied by the insured in connection with its business
In respect of any claim covered under this Policy, the Insurer shall in addition indemnify the Insured against the relevant litigation costs payable by the Insured and other expenses incurred in the above mentioned occurrence with the prior written consent of the Insurer.
償付被保險人因下列原因所造成的直接損失所應(yīng)負(fù)的法律責(zé)任：
i)對第三方人身造成的傷害
ii)對第三方財產(chǎn)造成損失或破壞
以上各項的發(fā)生是在被保險人業(yè)務(wù)范圍內(nèi)由被保險人銷售及供應(yīng)的產(chǎn)品引起。
對被保險人應(yīng)付索賠人的訴訟費用以及經(jīng)保險人書面同意負(fù)責(zé)的訴訟及其他費用,保險人亦負(fù)責(zé)賠償,但本項費用與責(zé)任賠償金額之和以本保險單明細(xì)表中列明的責(zé)任限額為限。
