It is going to be a beautiful day.

今天會是美好的一天。

You are going to have a lot of experiences, some you perceive as good and some that you perceive as bad. You will make it through all of them. You will learn, a lot and perhaps more through the experiences that you didn’t want or expect.

在這一天你會經(jīng)歷很多事，有些經(jīng)歷你認為是好的，也有些你認為是壞的。但無論好壞，它們都會過去。你會從中有所收獲，收獲甚多，而且，也許通過那些你不想要經(jīng)歷，或沒有想到的事情，你的收獲會更多。

You get to experience contrast, the light and the dark, both will guide you in the direction you are meant to go. Both will teach you very valuable lessons. Try not to stay too much in your head.

你會經(jīng)歷兩種不同境遇的反差，光明的與黑暗的它們都會指引你走向自己意欲前往的方向。

它們都會讓你學(xué)會重要的教訓(xùn)。試著不要耽于自己腦子里的想法。

Life doesn’t happen there and it’s easy to get caught up if you’re not careful. If you do, it’s okay - we all do but just breathe, focus on your breath instead of the thoughts.

生活不會發(fā)生在你的腦子里如果你不夠小心，你很可能陷入困境。不過，如果你真的陷入困境，這也沒什么大不了——所有人都會陷入困境，你只需要深呼吸，讓自己的注意力集中在你的呼吸，而不是你腦中的想法上。

Just keep coming back to your breath. It’s a beautiful thing to have air in your lungs and a beat in your heart because today you get to live as a human and manifest things in this physical experience which is living out your purpose here on earth.

專注回到你的呼吸上。感覺你的肺里有清新的空氣，你的心臟發(fā)出有力的搏擊，這是一件美妙的事情。因為今天，你作為一個血肉之軀并且通過了實際的體驗感受到了很多事情，而這也是實現(xiàn)你來這世上的目的。

Go out - move, smile, laugh, act, do, talk, be.

走出屋去——去運動，去微笑，去朗聲大笑，去行動，去做一些實際的事情，去交談，去真實地存在。

You only get to experience this life as this human once, make it a great one.
