We have the power to choose - Tony Robbins

Most of us unconsciously, we decide what things mean and the first thing we decide is, what are we going to do. 

我們中的大多數(shù)人，一旦遇到什么事，就對(duì)事情下結(jié)論，并且很快就決定要如何應(yīng)對(duì)。

We decide to quit, because it's overwhelming. We decide to get strong, and focus. We decide we're going to turn it around. We decide to wait and see.

我們決定放棄，因?yàn)槲覀兏杏X不知所措。我們決定堅(jiān)強(qiáng)起來(lái)，保持專注。我們決定讓自己逆襲。我們決定再等一等，再看一看。

Ultimately, your destiny is determined by what you do. So, for example, what do you do if somebody comes to you one day and says you have a tumor?

最終，你的命運(yùn)如何，取決于你做了什么。比如，要是有人告訴你，你有一個(gè)腫瘤，你會(huì)怎么辦？

Again, I've had that experience. I use that as a reference point, because I've had a lot of intense experiences in my life, but that was one of the more intense ones for sure. Had many, but that was very intense. 

這是我的個(gè)人經(jīng)歷。我引用這件事，因?yàn)樵谌松?，我曾遇到很多令人壓力很大的事情，而這只是其中一個(gè)比較嚴(yán)重的。曾經(jīng)有過很多類似的經(jīng)歷，但是這是最難應(yīng)對(duì)的一件事。

You know. First, what do you focus on? You focus on it's over? Do you focus on why me? Do you give it a meaning that says I'm gonna die? What do you do?

首先，你的注意力會(huì)在什么上？你在想，完了？你在想，為什么偏偏是你？你在想，是不是這一輩子就要結(jié)束了？你會(huì)怎么辦？

Just go through traditional therapeutic approach. Do you put yourself in the hands of someone else? Do you evaluate this? Do you get a second or third opinion? Your destiny is determined by your decisions. 

遵循傳統(tǒng)的治療手段就行了。你會(huì)讓別人決定你的人生嗎？你認(rèn)為這可取嗎？你有沒有征求過別人的建議和看法？你的命運(yùn)，取決于你做的決定。
