024 Live Your Life For Yourself

A man that we all know and love, Dr. Seuss had this amazing quote. Be who you are and say what you feel, because those that mind don't matter and those that matter don't mind. Simple and powerful. Be who you want to be. Say what you want to say. Wear what you want to wear. Talk how you want to talk. Be your full 100% authentic self. 

我們都知道蘇斯博士，我們很愛戴他。他有一句名言，做你自己，說出你的感受，因?yàn)槟切Υ烁械浇橐獾娜?，并不重要，而那些重要的人，不會介意。這句話，簡短有力。做你想做的自己。想說什么就說什么，想穿什么就穿什么，想怎么說就怎么說。做最真實(shí)的自己。

And by doing so, you will identify the people that you want in your life. People that encouraged you to be yourself, the people that encouraged you to love yourself and to grow. Those are the people that you want in your inner circle. And those that truly love you, they're gonna show themselves in your life because those are the people that are encouraging you to be yourself. They're encouraging you to love yourself. They're encouraging you to grow and become a better version of yourself. Those are the kind of people that you want in your life. 

這樣做，你就會發(fā)現(xiàn)那些你真正想留在生命里的人。那些鼓勵你做自己的人，那些鼓勵你愛自己的人，那些鼓勵你成長的人，那些你想要一直牽掛的人。鎮(zhèn)長愛你的人，他們會自然而然地在你的生命里出現(xiàn)，因?yàn)樗麄兙褪悄切┕膭钅阕鲎约旱娜恕Ｋ麄児膭钅?，好好愛自己。他們鼓勵你，去成長，變成更好的自己。你想讓這樣的人留在你的生命里。

Be who you are. Be who you want to be. Say what you want to say. Dress how you want to dress. Talk how you want to talk. Be your full 100% authentic self. And what does that mean if you do that? That means that you love yourself. You love yourself enough to be you. One of the most important lessons that I've learned in personal development is that every single thing in this world, every single thing in this world, is a reflection of what you feel on the inside. 

做最真實(shí)的自己，成為自己想成為的人，說自己想說的話，穿自己想穿的衣服，用自己喜歡的方式說話，忠于自己。這意味著什么呢？這意味著，你愛自己。你很愛自己，所以你才能做自己。在個人成長方面，我學(xué)到的最寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)就是，這世上每件事，都反映了我們內(nèi)心的感受。

When you look at yourself in the mirror, when you look at that person staring across right back at you, do you love that person? Because if you love that person, if you look at that person, you see that reflection, you feel love. That same level of love is gonna be reflected in every single person that you see and every single thing that you see. 

當(dāng)你看著鏡子里的自己時，當(dāng)你看著鏡子中那個凝視自己的人時，你愛那個人嗎？因?yàn)?，如果你愛那個人，當(dāng)你看到他的時候，你會感受到愛。這種愛，會體現(xiàn)在你生活中見到的每個人和每件事上面。

That means that if you walk up to a complete stranger, you are going to feel love for that person. You're gonna want them to have a better life. That means your worst enemies, that means every single person, animal, plant, tree, everything that you encounter you're going to feel love towards that, because that's all you know that's all you desire in your life is love.

這意味著，如果你走近一個陌生人，你會感受到自己對他的愛，你會衷心希望他能活得更好。同理，你看到自己的死敵，看到每一個人，看到每個動物，每棵植物，每棵樹，看到你遇到的每件事，你都會感受到自己對它們的愛。因?yàn)椋愕男闹谐錆M了愛，在生命中，你追求的，就是愛。

Now you might be asking yourself, how do I build that level of love in myself. And throughout my whole personal development journey, it has come down to one word, one word that has summed all that up. Integrity. Now integrity is defined as the quality of being honest and having strong walls and principles, so it's something that we have to do. 

現(xiàn)在，你可能會問自己，我怎么能讓自己有這樣的愛呢？從我的個人成長歷程來看，用一個詞就可以總結(jié)，用一個詞就可以概括。那就是，正直。正直，就是擁有誠實(shí)的品質(zhì)，擁有堅(jiān)定的原則，這是我們都應(yīng)該追求的。

We have to ask ourselves the question. We have to have that honest conversation with ourselves and we have to say, this is where I'm at right now in my life. This is the place that I want to be. These are the things that I want to do. And it's not just enough to know that you have to make those decisions. You have to take action. You have to take action to make those changes in your lives. 

我們必須問自己一個問題。我們必須誠實(shí)地與自己溝通，并且告訴自己，這是我目前的狀況，這是我想到達(dá)的地方，這些事我想做的事情。而且，僅僅知道自己要做決定，是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的，你必須行動起來。你必須采取行動，對自己的人生做出改變。

And when you do that, when you combine knowing what your true belief systems are, your morals and principles, and you have those honest conversations with yourself and you love yourselves, you have freedom. You have the freedom to walk around this entire world, unjudged.

你這樣做的時候，你能結(jié)合對自己價值觀的了解，對自己的道德和原則的了解，還有那些與自己的最真誠的對話，而且你愛自己，那么你就擁有了自由。你很自由，你能行走世間，瀟灑自在。

A lot of us don't know that we're not free. There are some people out there that are actually allowing the thoughts and opinions of others to dictate how they live their lives. How ridiculous is that! When you 100% love yourself and you know where you want to go in your life, the sky is the limit. You are literally limitless as far as your potential is concerned. 

很多人不知道，自己并不自由。事實(shí)上，有很多人，正在讓其他人的觀點(diǎn)影響自己的生活。這多么可笑啊！當(dāng)你完全愛自己的時候，當(dāng)你知道自己的目標(biāo)的時候，沒有什么能阻擋你。你很有潛力，沒有什么可以限制你。

And who would not want to be their greatest self? Who would not want to see that for themselves if you really loved yourself? Every single one of us wants to have happiness and inner peace. And what Dr. Seuss is trying to point out is that if you want to be free, if you want to roam this world completely free, no anxiety, no stress, no thoughts of judgment. This is your life. 

誰不想成為最好的自己呢？如果真的愛自己，誰不想讓這個愿望成真呢？每個人，都想擁有幸福，都想擁有內(nèi)心的平靜。蘇斯博士強(qiáng)調(diào)的，就是，如果你想自由，如果你想自由自在地活在這個世界上，那你就不要焦慮，不要有壓力，不要在乎他人的看法。這就是你的人生。

This is your life, and you only get one chance. There's no reset button. So, live your life for you. Pursue happiness. Pursue success. Pursue greatness. Pursue it with every single fiber of your being, because guess what, you deserve it. You deserve that love. You deserve that inner peace. You deserve that happiness. So, chase it!

這是你的人生，你只活一次，沒有重來的機(jī)會。所以，為自己而活。追求幸福，追求成功，追求偉大。用盡全力去追求這些美好的東西，因?yàn)椋悴略趺粗?，你值得擁有它們，你值得擁有愛，你值得擁有?nèi)心的云淡風(fēng)輕，你值得擁有幸福。那么，去追求它們吧！
