Tip #1:
Always use loose tea over tea bags. The essential oil in the leaf is where the flavor of the tea comes from.

Use filtered water when possible. It won’t add any other taste to your tea.

I only add milk to my tea when it's black tea. With Chinese tea, I drink it the way most people do.
