Say hello to'Stewed Rice in Brown Sugar and Ginger'.
Though it's so called 'stewed',this one is more likely to be some sort of thick soup. In fact,this miraculous combination of brown sugar and ginger is able to apply to other ingredients as well,including eggs and chicken. I personally reckon this recipe holds a similarity with the western ginger ale. The subtle mixture of spiciness from ginger,sweetness from brown sugar and a slight aroma emitted from the added rice wine creates an intoxicating halo above the tiny bowl,with countless tongues captured.
