1. 11.33 MLN NEW JOBS CREATED IN FIRTH 10 MONTHS

China created 11.33 million new jobs in urban areas during the first 10 months of this year, achieving the target for the whole year in advance. The surveyed urban unemployment rate last month dropped 0.4 percent year-on-year. Zhang Hong brings us the details.
今年1至10月，中國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)新增就業(yè)1133萬(wàn)人，提前完成全年目標(biāo)任務(wù)。 10月份，全國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)調(diào)查失業(yè)率同比下降0.4%。
The surveyed urban unemployment rate stood at 4.9 percent last month, lower than the same period last year. Gross domestic product expanded 9.8 percent year on year in the first three quarters. An official said the resumption of the service sector and the growth in industry, investment and consumption resulted in more jobs.
10月份，全國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)調(diào)查失業(yè)率為4.9%，低于上年同期。前三季度，國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值同比增長(zhǎng)9.8%。相關(guān)人士表示，就業(yè)崗位的增加得益于服務(wù)業(yè)總體保持的恢復(fù)態(tài)勢(shì)、工業(yè)發(fā)展和投資及消費(fèi)的回升。

A goat farm in Chongming is now using a facial recognition system to monitor【監(jiān)控】 the vital signs of its goats. Zhang Hong tells us more about the system.
位于上海崇明區(qū)的一山羊養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)正在使用臉部識(shí)別技術(shù)來(lái)監(jiān)控山羊的生命體征。請(qǐng)聽(tīng)記者帶來(lái)的詳細(xì)報(bào)道。
At a goat farm in Zhongxing Town on Chongming Island, high-definition cameras are used to collect real-time facial data of 1,500 goats. Common eye diseases and aptha can be detected 【發(fā)現(xiàn)】by the cameras. Infrared cameras monitor the body temperature of each goat. The system also calculates the weight of each one so workers can determine the right time to sell the animals.
在崇明中心鎮(zhèn)的這個(gè)白山羊養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)里，高清攝像頭實(shí)時(shí)采集著場(chǎng)內(nèi)的1500頭羊的臉部數(shù)據(jù)：眼疾、口瘡等羊群常見(jiàn)的疾病能被及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)；紅外熱成像探頭實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)每頭羊的體溫。該系統(tǒng)同時(shí)能監(jiān)測(cè)羊的重量，以幫助養(yǎng)殖人員判斷合適的售賣(mài)時(shí)間。

The system basically helps us monitor their overall condition. When nobody is patrolling the yard, the system can notify a vet when a goat will give birth.

The farm has 3,000 white goats and about 20 staff members. That’s expected to increase to more than 10,000 next year. Only 6 employees will be needed once the facial recognition system is in place for all animals.
目前羊場(chǎng)共有存欄白山羊3000頭，管理人員近20名，明年存欄將突破一萬(wàn)頭，而憑借"羊臉識(shí)別"系統(tǒng)，只需要6名工作人員就能實(shí)現(xiàn)智慧管理。

The company says the system is the first of its kind to be used in the country. Managers also said the facial recognition system will be used for all goats on the farm next year.
