If you have a tree in your backyard that you want to cut down and you have an axe, if every day you pick up that axe and you go to that tree and you swing five times with that axe to hit that tree, put the axe down.
如果你的后院有一棵樹,你有一把斧子并且想砍倒它,你每天拿起斧子,走到那棵樹前,揮舞斧子砍五下,然后就把斧子放下。
The next day you go out, pick up the axe, swing five times at the tree. Put the axe down. Five times every day. You pick up the axe. And only five, not 50, not 15, not five hundred.
第二天,你出去繼續(xù)拿起斧頭,在樹上砍五下,之后放下斧頭。每天你拿起斧頭砍五下。只要五下,不是50,不是15,更不是500。
If you swing five times a day at that tree with that axe every day, let me ask you a question: What eventually is going to happen to that tree? That tree is going to… Fall.
如果你每天用斧頭在那棵樹揮舞著砍五下,那我問你:那棵樹最終會(huì)怎樣?那棵樹要…倒下。
